RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at support@pawsomefindsmc.com with your order number and reason.
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrived damaged or defective, email us at support@pawsomefindsmc.com within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo. We will send a free replacement right away — no need to return the original item.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately and we will ship the correct item with express delivery at no extra cost to you.
